CLIENT CONSENTIONS
The "Client Consentions" report presents a list of all customers along with their ID, phone number, and email address.
For each customer, the report contains information regarding:
- Agreement Conclusion: Information about whether the customer has concluded an agreement.
- Investments from preferences: Indicates which investments are preferred by the customer.
- Consent to process: Information about the customer's consent to process personal data.
- Consent to phone: Indicates whether the customer has given consent for phone contact.
- Consent to email: Information about the customer's consent for contact via email.
- Link to express consent: A link that allows expressing or changing consents.
By default, the report includes all customers in the system. It is possible to filter customers based on selected consents or investment preferences.
CLIENTS WITH TRANSACTIONS
The "Clients with Transactions Report" presents a list of agreements with customers assigned to them.
It is possible to filter the data generated by the report using various filters, such as: property, agreement type, customer, advisor, project, agreement signing date, and building.
The report contains the following columns:
- Investment: Name of the investment to which the agreement is assigned,
- Stage,
- Flat number,
- Building,
- Customer's full name,
- Customer's PESEL (Personal ID Number),
- Customer's residential address,
- Customer's correspondence address,
- Customer's email address,
- Customer's phone number,
- Customer creation date: The date when the customer profile was created in the system,
- Customer shares,
- Agreement number,
- Agreement type,
- Developer agreement date: The date of signing the agreement,
- Flat area,
- Parking place number,
- Advisor: Information about the advisor responsible for the agreement,
- Agreement value: Financial value of the agreement.
The report provides important information regarding the details of the agreement and the customers assigned to it.
CLIENTS WITH TRANSACTIONS FOR DFG
The "Clients with Transactions for DFG Report" presents results with columns adapted to the requirements of the DFG (Developer Guarantee Fund).
The report allows filtering results using various filters, such as: agreement type, agreement status, agreement signing date, investment, and building.
The report contains the following columns:
- Property buyer's subaccount NRB/IBAN number: Bank account number of the property buyer's subaccount
- Property buyer:
- First name,
- Middle name,
- Last name,
- Residency status,
- PESEL (Personal ID Number),
- Date of birth.
- Identity document of the buyer of the premises:
- Document type,
- Series and number of identity document,
- Country of identity document issuance.
- Address of the buyer of the premises (residence):

- Apartment number.
- Address of the buyer of the premises (correspondence):
- Country,

- Conclusion of a development agreement:

The "Summary of Customers with Agreement for DGF" report provides the required documentation in accordance with the Developer Guarantee Fund requirements. It ensures completeness and accuracy of information regarding property buyers and concluded developer agreements.
CLIENTS REPORT
The customer report is a tool providing detailed information about customers and their interactions with the company.
The customer report allows you to filter data by specific investment or a given time period. This will give you accurate information about customers associated with a given project.
By contact method
In this section, there is information about the types of contact made along with the number of customers. By clicking on the "Details" button, you will see specific customer data, such as email address, phone number, and their creation date. Additionally, below the table summary, there is a pie chart.
By source of origin
The table presents information about various sources of customer origin and the number of customers associated with each of these sources. There is also the possibility to check detailed data. A bar chart is attached to the table. When you hover the cursor over a specific bar, more precise data will be displayed.
Monthly list
This section of the report presents sources of origin along with the number of customers, divided into individual months.
Below the monthly summary, there are detailed charts that present data for each month.
Clients with agreements
This part of the report presents a summary of the number of customers and agreements along with efficiency in individual months. The data is presented both in table form and as a bar chart.
FINISHED CUSTOMERS REPORT
The "Finished Clients Report" provides information about the number of customers who have ended their cooperation, and presents the reasons for completion.
You can filter the data generated by the report by specific investment or a certain time period.
The first part of the report presents a table that shows the reasons for customer completion along with their number, taking into account the division into individual months.
At the end of the report, you will find the reasons for customer completion presented using bar and pie charts. Thanks to them, it is easy to see which completion reasons are the most common.
CONTACT SURVEY ANSWERS REPORT
The "Contact Survey Answers Report" report allows you to obtain information about the responses given by customers in surveys.
You can filter the generated report results using various filters, such as survey name, customer, completion date, source of origin, customer creation date, investment from preferences, and advisor.
The report presents the following columns:
- Contact: customer's last name and first name,
- Source of origin: (e.g., Telemarketing, telephone exchange, Callpage),
- Customer creation date,
- Investment from preferences: names of investments that the customer has in preferences,
- Advisor: advisor assigned to the customer,
- Survey name,
- Question: content of the question in the survey,
- Given answer,
- Completion date: date on which the customer answered the given question in the survey.
Thanks to this report, you will get detailed information about customer responses to questions in surveys.
