The report generation function is only available to users with appropriate permissions.
INVESTMENT STATISTICS REPORT
The "Investment Statistics" report can be generated for any selected investment in the system.
The first part of the report contains a comprehensive list of different types of premises and adjacent spaces (such as apartments, commercial spaces, plots, storage rooms, basements, lockers, garages, parking spaces, etc.) along with the following information:
- Total area
- Total net price
- Total gross price
- VAT amount
- Quantity
- Average net price per square meter
The next part of the report presents a breakdown of property types with a detailed list of specific properties. Each property is presented with the following information:
- Area
- Average net price per square meter
- Total net price
- Total gross price
- Number of objects
At the end of the report, there is a summary containing information about average or total values regarding the investment.
With the "Investment Statistics" report, you have access to detailed data and analyses concerning the selected investment.
ISSUES REPORT
The Issues Report presents a summary of all requests that have been submitted to the system.
To generate this report, you can use various filters such as specific dates, employee responsible for the requests, project, stage, request type, or request status.
The generated report is divided by specific investments. For each investment, information is presented regarding the number of requests with various statuses, such as: new, pending verification, accepted for implementation, rejected without justification, rejected after warranty, closed, rejected without contact.
The report also includes the sum of costs (invoice, internal) for individual investments.
For each investment, there is also the option to expand an additional menu that contains specific request topics. This allows you to obtain more detailed information about service requests within a given investment.
FLATS SUMMARY REPORT
The "Flats Summary Report" allows you to generate a summary for a specific project, stage, or with a defined status.
The generated report presents a list of individual premises along with important information, such as:
- Flat type
- Status
- Verbal information and its validity date
- Adjacent spaces
- Cardinal direction
- Investment name
- Premises area
- Bank account number
- Net price
- Gross price
- Price per square meter
- Final price
With this report, you will have access to a comprehensive summary of premises, containing important information regarding type, status, area, prices, and other key parameters.
REALESTATES SUMMARY FOR NBP REPORT
The "Realestates Summary for NBP Report" presents results with columns adapted to the requirements of the NBP (National Bank of Poland), to which the developer must submit documents.
The report allows filtering results using various filters, such as investment, stage, status on a given day, and contract signing period.
The report includes the following columns:
- Investment: Name of the investment to which the premises are assigned.
- Flat number: Name of the premises taken from the "Name" field in the premises editing form.
- Realestate status: Specifies the status of the premises (sold, for sale, rented, for rent).
- Realestate price gross
- Rent price net
- Transaction agreement date
- Area usable: Usable area of realestate in square meters.
- Number of rooms
- Floor: Position of the premises on the floor.
- Kitchen: Kitchen type (dark, bright, kitchenette connected to the living room).
- Outer area total: Sum of balcony, terrace, garden, loggia areas entered into the premises in the premises editing form in the fields: "Balcony area", "Loggia area", "Terrace area", "Green terrace/garden area".
- Garages or/and parking places: Information whether the premises has a garage or parking space (yes, no).
- Storage room: Information whether the premises has a storage room (yes, no).
- Garden: Information whether the premises has a garden (yes, no).
- Outer area price gross
- Garage or parking place price gross
- Storage room price gross
- Assessment of the location of the apartment in the building: (favorable, average, unfavorable).
- The standard of finish of the premises at the time of putting into use: (basic/developer standard, "turn-key").

With the "Realestates Summary for NBP Report" report, the developer will be able to generate a comprehensive summary of premises that meets the requirements of the National Bank of Poland.
INVESTMENT SUMMARY REPORT
The "Investment Summary Report" report presents completed actions and activities related to specific investments. You can filter data using filters such as investment name and date range.
The first part of the report presents a general summary of all investments, divided into leads, new customers, meetings, reservation agreements, preliminary agreements, developer agreements, and sales agreements.
The report then presents detailed information for each investment, divided into weeks, months, quarters, or years. You can change the view of information division using the "Week", "Month", "Quarter", or "Year" buttons on the top panel.
At the bottom of the report, there are charts that present individual items divided by months.
With the "Investment Summary Report" you will have a comprehensive overview of actions and activities carried out within individual investments.
INVESTMENT INTEREST REPORT
The "Investment Interest Report" presents an analysis of interest in a given investment divided into individual months. Each report item contains information about the number of new customers and signed agreements assigned to a specific investment in a given month.
The report allows filtering data using various filters, such as project name and time period, which allows for analysis of interest in a given investment within selected time frames.
With the "Investment Interest" report, you can monitor and analyze the dynamics of interest in a given investment across different time periods.
LOCALS INTEREST REPORT
The "Locals Interest Report" report allows filtering data using various filters, such as project, stage, and time period.
The report contains the following columns:
- Local number
- Realestate type: Definition of premises type, e.g., apartment, commercial space, plot.
- Investment: Name of the investment to which the premises are assigned.
- Flat area: Usable area of premises in square meters.
- Rooms: Number of rooms.
- Floor: Floor number where the premises are located.
- Catalogue price gross.
- Price m2 gross.
- Created relations with clients: Number of created customer connections, such as Interests, Oral Reservations, in a specified time period.
- Created oral reservations: Number of created verbal reservations, including those that have expired or been canceled, in a specified time period.
- Date of sell: Date of signing the developer or preliminary agreement for the given premises.
The "Locals Interest Report" report provides important information regarding individual premises and customer interest in them.
