Integration with the RynekPierwotny.pl portal in VoxCRM

VoxCRM enables automatic integration of investment and unit listings with the RynekPierwotny.pl portal. Below you will find detailed instructions and requirements for this process.

Integration criteria

  1. Investments on the RynekPierwotny.pl portal:

    • Investments to be integrated must already be visible on the portal.

  2. Investment status:

    • Investments in VoxCRM must have the status "For sale".

  3. Unit statuses:

    • Available or Verbal reservation – the unit will appear on the portal as available.
    • Reservation agreement – the unit will appear on the portal with the status "Reserved".
    • Units with statuses other than the above (e.g. "Sold") are not exported – they are treated as sold.

  4. Unit prices:

    • Units without a price entered will be displayed on the portal with a value of PLN 0.
    • If individual prices need to be hidden, please consult directly with the RynekPierwotny.pl portal.

Configuration steps

1. Preparing data in VoxCRM

  • Ensure that all investments to be integrated have the status "For sale".
  • Verify that units have the correct statuses and complete data (e.g. price, area).

2. Submitting data to VoxCRM

  • Prepare the list of investments to be integrated.
  • Send us the listing API key (token), which you will receive from the RynekPierwotny.pl portal.

3. Activating the integration

  • Once we have received the above information, we will work with the RynekPierwotny.pl portal to launch the automatic export of listings.
  • Once configuration is complete, you will receive a confirmation message from us confirming that the integration has been activated.

Integration notes

  1. Unit prices:

    • To avoid issues with data presentation, ensure that all units have prices entered.
    • If prices need to be hidden, contact the portal directly.

  2. Unit statuses:

    • Only units with the statuses "Available", "Verbal reservation" and "Reservation agreement" are exported.

Process summary

  1. Check the statuses of investments and units in VoxCRM.
  2. Send the list of investments and the API key to VoxCRM.
  3. Once the integration with the RynekPierwotny.pl portal has been jointly activated, you will receive a confirmation message from us confirming that the export has been enabled.
