The property search tool, available in the "Search" tab of the voxCRM system, is designed for intuitive use. To find the desired properties, simply select the relevant parameters in the search header section and click the "Search" button.
The search sections allow you to specify parameters such as property type (e.g., apartments, houses, storage units, parking spaces) and their statuses. The search fields also enable defining ranges, such as price range, property size, or price per square meter. These functions are particularly useful for advanced database searches.
Notably, the search tool saves the last filter settings. This means that if you navigate to another tab and then return to the search tool, your previous settings will remain active. To reset them to default, simply use the minus symbol button, which clears all filter settings.
Search results can be easily exported to an Excel file by clicking the icon next to the minus symbol button.
